One entry of a row’s actions menu (SDK 0.4.0; the row’s ⋯ button and its right-click menu, one source: IssuedCertificateListViewModel.MenuOf): its text, command and parameter, red for one that deletes, revokes or removes, or a submenu (IssuedCertificateAction.Items). IssuedCertificateAction.Separator is the line between the everyday and the red ones.
