Optional for a core plugin: files its page downloads (gRPC PluginService.Download). The host checks the method’s permission like an Invoke (ICorePlugin.RequiredPermission), audits it when ICorePlugin.IsAudited says so (with PluginDownload.AuditDetail) and answers like an Invoke for the plugin’s exceptions (ArgumentException = invalid argument, InvalidOperationException = failed precondition with the message).
