Values

Name	Value	Description
AllDevices	0	Watchers whose user has all devices (what the old Publish(topic, json) reaches).
Device	1	Watchers whose user can see the one device.
DeviceRows	2	A JSON array with one element per device: every watcher gets the elements of the devices it can see, in order; a watcher that sees none gets nothing.
User	3	The watchers of one user (every session).
Session	4	The watchers of one login session (ICallContext.SessionId).
DeviceScope	5	The watchers whose ICallContext.DeviceScopeKey is the key (state a plugin keeps per group, e.g. the rows and progress of a sweep of that group’s devices).
