A status a page adds to a row’s State column (SDK 0.4.0), e.g. “Installed on the server” of the OADM CA: a StatusChip below the row’s state.

Text: The status in plain words.
Kind: “ok”, “warning”, “error”, “accent” (running) or anything else for neutral.
Tip: The tooltip (the reason of a failure); null for none.
